Family Packet
Upon completion of initial tour and registration process, families receive a Family Packet full of information and forms to complete. Some forms are required by the State. Some are unique to Discovery operations. All are meant to serve as basis for orientation and establishing relationships.
Forms for the 2025-26 school year are being updated. Please check back or request paper forms from the school.
